  • The Business Analyst role is critical to the success of Property & Casualty (P&C) solutions and Business Operations deliverables.
  • This role involves Analysing the document and manually preparing required templates with accuracy.
  • This role also requires collaboration with development teams to assist in Business Mappings and design documents.
  • The individual must be willing to learn technology and implement automation
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Execute business processes efficiently and effectively as per agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Input data in an excel spreadsheet or any appropriate template for the task assigned.
  • Ensure that turnaround time and accuracy of the work meets service standards.
  • Perform feasibility analysis to identify ways to improve existing process.
  • Performing audits on data quality and developing framework for improving Quality.
  • Prioritize daily tasks according to detailed guidelines to meet SLA.
  • Identify, research, and resolve problems.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and compile information from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in professional manner via email and on calls.

  • The Client Services Lead role is critical to the success of Property & Casualty (P&C) solutions, Employee Benefits Solutions and Business Operations deliverables
  • Client Service Lead acts as a bridge between the business team, technology team and Client.
  • This role provides domain expertise across all products and solutions that the Technology team builds.
  • This role involves Business Analysis, preparing design documents, creating As Is, To Be process Maps and requirement gathering documentation.
  • Provide support to Proof of Concept and other business viability research across all products, in addition to supporting delivery of approved IT solutions and operational goals.
  • The individual must be willing to learn technology and drive automation
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops with stakeholders
  • Apply deep domain expertise and business strategy to deliver Insurance Products and services
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to make decisions on priority issues at the intersection of business, technology, and operations
